Williams will ring out at the State Capitol in honor of Black History Month Saturday, Feb. 27 at 4 p.m. Williams will bring the audience on a journey with the "Song and Narrative of the Black South" program and trace the progression from the sung slave narrative to 20th century gospel and Civil Rights protest music.
