Cari Boyce Appointed Interim Executive Director of Roanoke Island Festival Park

Roanoke Island Festival Park is pleased to announce the appointment of Interim Executive Director Cari BoyceRoanoke Island Festival Park is part of the N.C. Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. Boyce will lead Festival Park until a new permanent executive director is named.

Boyce has over 30 years of leadership experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including senior roles at Duke Energy and key public service positions with the U.S. and North Carolina departments of justice and the N.C. Governor’s Office.

“Cari brings both strategic expertise and deep personal ties to Dare County and the Outer Banks, making her well-suited to lead Festival Park during this transition,” said DNCR Secretary Pamela B. Cashwell.
