Celebrate Saving Species!On May 16th join the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island for Endangered Species Day! From 10am - 3pm, we will have games and activities that feature animals around North Carolina's waterways that are at risk of extinction. Make "Conservation Cootie Catchers", guess where animals fall on the Endangered Species List, and learn what to do protect these important species!This event is included with regular admission.

Location: Soundside Pier at the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island (In case of inclement weather, this event will take place indoors at the “Graveyard of the Atlantic” shark habitat.)Duration: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
