Join the Historic Hearth Cooks as they demonstrate the practice of making jam and jelly. Preservation was an important part of survival in 1800s backcountry, and families relied heavily on what was growing around them. the Historic Hearth Cooks will make strawberry, blackberry, and/or peach jam.
