Group Visits to the Capital Area Registration Form

All reservation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Please be aware that if your group includes more than 35 visitors, we may not be able to secure a time slot. Much of our availability for March, April, and early May 2026 has already been reserved.

Desired Sites
Kindly be aware that March, April, and May are in high demand for touring our sites, with many patrons requesting bookings six to eight months ahead. We kindly ask you to provide several alternative dates to accommodate scheduling.
